Cruisers Roost RV Park will be located at 1090 Shop Road. This is about a ½ mile walk to Williams-Brice Stadium. The development will have 36 deeded RV sites. The sites range in size from 1,312 square feet up to 3,096 square feet. 6 sites will be pull through and the remaining 30 will be back-in.
The development will include paved roads with curbing and landscaping. The development will have new entrance and exit gates on Blaylock road and a pedestrian gate on Shop Road. The perimeter will be enclosed with eight-foot-high fencing. Each site will have electrical, water, and sewer hook-ups. When completed the development will include a Pavilion and a “guard shack” where the COA can negotiate with a local peace officer to live full time.
Owners will have year-round access to their site. The development will be a RV Condo association. There will be Covenant and restrictions with management board made up of homeowners. There will also be an Architectural review committee for those that want to add permanent improvements to their site. Each owner is responsible for their electrical and taxes. The COA fees will cover water, sewer and common area expenses.

The process has been a grind to say the least but today the construction of our RV Tailgating Park started with the removal of the shed from the property. Once this structure is removed, grading will begin. Hopefully things will move quickly and we'll meet our deadline of October. There's still lots of things that need to fall into place for this to happen but we're working diligently to meet our goals.
